Roy uses his background in the fields of psychology, business, & financial planning to assist his clients in achieving their investment goals and navigating the financial markets. Prior to starting Sherman Asset Management Roy gained his experience serving as the Chief Investment Officer for Crimson Insurance Services & Topanga Reinsurance. Roy is currently a CFA® charterholder. A CFA charterholder is an investment management professional who is dedicated to shaping and upholding the highest professional standards, cultivating strong and fair investment markets, and putting investors’ interests first. CFA charterholders must pass 3 examinations, complete 4 years of qualified work experience in investment decision making, and agree to adhere to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct.
